Tuition Payment Agreement

I understand that I am financially responsible for tuition costs and fees while attending the Piano Inspires Music Center. I shall be liable for any and all costs of collection, including an additional 33.33% fee if my account is forwarded to a collection agency for collection. I further understand that there shall be an additional 1.5% interest charged monthly on any balance past 30 days outstanding. In addition, I further understand that I will also be responsible for paying any reasonable attorney's fees, plus court costs.

The credit card convenience fee will be charged to students. Families are encouraged to set up ACH payments through My Music Staff. Tuition MUST be paid in full for student participation in the Spring Recitals.

POLICIES

Make-Up Lesson Policy

There are no refunds or credits for lessons not taken during the term. However, we will guarantee a make-up for one missed private lesson per year. A twenty-four hour notice is required for any cause except illness. If it is necessary for a teacher to cancel a lesson, or if the school closes because of inclement weather, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.

Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled. Group lessons missed by students cannot be made up under any circumstances. Some faculty may offer an online lesson in the case of inclement weather or illness, and teachers may provide a swap list to families. Families are encouraged to take advantage of these options. Please do not come in if you are sick; if a student has missed school, they should not come to piano that day.

Withdrawal Policy

Registration is for the entire 10-month school year, September through June. If a student must withdraw before the end of the school year, a four-week notice is required, and tuition will be assessed through the notice period. All withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the school’s administration.

No withdrawals or program changes will be accepted after April 1.

Photograph and Video Usage Consent

With your consent, photographs or recorded video of your/your child's piano lessons or group classes may be used and reproduced as part of teacher education resources for the Frances Clark Center for Keyboard Pedagogy, without compensation to you. You/your child will remain anonymous. Your/your child's first name may be stated during a video if it occurs as part of the interaction during the lesson/class. Student surnames will never be mentioned or published alongside a video or photograph.

The Frances Clark Center reserves the right to use the photographs and videos in any of its print or online publications and advertisements. All resultant photographs, digital images, video files, and related media are owned by The Frances Clark Center. Please check the box below:
