Selection is not first come, first served. Prior participation does not guarantee future participation.
Our planning committee takes the author/vendor selection process very seriously. It's difficult choosing who will be accepted and who will be waitlisted.
If you are waitlisted, it's not personal. We truly wish we could accept everyone. But in order to keep having as many readers attend as we have in the past, we have to have a new rotation of authors and vendors.
If you are selected, after your fee has been paid, there will be NO REFUNDS available or CREDITS for future years.

Table fee $175 includes a 6 foot table and 2 chairs.
VIP Sponsor spot(1 spot is open) $500 - 2 tables, priority seating, name on VIP totes, social media banners, extra marketing within our group.
Sponsor spots(12 spots open) $400 - 2 tables, your choice of where you sit, name on the totes, & extra marketing within our group.
