The Plunge Waitlist

2026 WAITLIST REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in participating in The Plunge! We have had an incredible response this year, and all current participant spots have been filled. Students who would still like to participate are encouraged to join the waitlist. As spaces become available, we will contact students in the order they joined the waitlist.
The 2026 Plunge will take place on Wednesday, August 19th from Noon - 5 p.m.

The Plunge is an annual ETSU tradition that takes place in coordination with ETSU Preview, allowing students to leave campus and give back to the community through direct, hands-on service.

While placement on the waitlist is not a guarntee for a placement, we encourage you to sign up if you're interested. We often have schedule changes leading up to the event, and we'd love the opportunity to connect you with a service site if space becomes available.

Additional service opportunities are available throughout the semester! Volunteer ETSU hosts multiple Service Days throughout the fall and spring semesters and are a great opportunity to get involved with your local community! Our first Service Day for fall will be September 19, so we encourage you to register early!
