    Dear Assumption parishioners,

    I am excited to move Assumption forward with your help. Therefore, I would ask if you could answer this question: What is your hope for Assumption Parish?

    Please prayerfully consider areas that we are doing well but also areas that you feel need to improve so that I can work with our staff to incorporate these into my pastoral plan.

    As many of you are aware, I also need to address weekday and weekend Mass times. The Catholic Church allows a priest to say a certain number of Masses in a single day. Even with weekend help, there needs to be an adjustment. The adjusted schedule below was determined by reviewing attendance and Mass times at nearby parishes in our Deanery.  It will go into affect January 1, 2027.

    SUNDAY MASS
    Saturday 4:00pm
    Sunday 7:30am
    Sunday 9:30am
    Sunday 11:30am 

    DAILY MASS
    Monday - Friday 6:30am
    Saturday 8:30am

  • Children's Liturgy of the Word is a chance to hear and reflect on scripture readings in a way that is age-appropriate and meaningful for children.  After opening prayers, children will be dismissed to the sacristy under the guidance of appropriately trained individuals and return to their families during the presentation of gifts.
