Pocket Concerts are personalized micro-concerts that pair one musician (occasionally two) with an individual or small group audience for an engaging performance experience.
Pocket Concerts will feature musicians from the Newport String Quartet, NSP’s resident ensemble, as well as phenomenal guest artists from throughout New England.
Audiences will enjoy 15 minute concerts in an array of unique settings at The Newport Art Museum and Vernon House! We encourage you to enjoy several concerts throughout the day. Please note that Pocket Concerts will take place at Vernon House in the morning (10-noon) and at the Art Museum (noon to 4pm).
Reservations for this event are by donation, with a suggested donation of $25. Concertgoers attending multiple micro concerts are invited to make a donation at a level of their choosing. All donations directly support NSP's performance and youth mentoring programs. (If making a donation is not within your budget at this time, we very much hope that you will still join us as our guest for Pocket Concerts 2025! NSP is committed to ensuring that ticket price is not a barrier to inspiring and excellent performances.)
