VOLUNTEER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

1. Volunteer Status I understand that I am volunteering without compensation, wages, benefits, or employment status. I may stop volunteering, and Kess_Maj Solutions may end or change my assignment at any time.

2. Assignment and Instructions I agree to report to the designated coordinator, perform only assigned duties, follow instructions, and ask for help when a task is unclear or unsafe. Requested assignments are not guaranteed.

3. Conduct I will act respectfully and professionally. Harassment, threats, fighting, discrimination, theft, weapons, alcohol, illegal drugs, and disruptive or unsafe behavior are prohibited.

4. Safety and Health I will use reasonable care, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, disclose any limitation relevant to an assigned task, and promptly report hazards, injuries, illness, missing children, or emergencies to event leadership. I will not provide medical care unless authorized and qualified.

5. Children and Confidentiality I will follow all child-safety instructions, maintain appropriate boundaries, avoid being alone with a child when not authorized, and protect private information learned through registration, donations, or event operations.

6. Property and Transportation I am responsible for my transportation and personal property. I will use event supplies and property only as directed and return assigned items before leaving.

7. Photography and Publicity Unless I decline below, I permit Kess_Maj Solutions to use photographs or video of me from the event for lawful nonprofit promotion without compensation.

8. Assumption of Risk and Release I understand that event activities may involve risks including weather, vehicle movement, lifting, crowds, slips, falls, and contact with the public. I voluntarily accept ordinary risks of participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Kess_Maj Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, event staff, affiliates, and the property owner from claims arising from my volunteer participation, except to the extent finally determined to result from gross negligence or willful misconduct of a released party.

9. Emergency Assistance If I become ill or injured and cannot direct my own care, I authorize event personnel to contact emergency services and my emergency contact. I understand that I am responsible for my own medical costs. I permit event photographs/video to be used for nonprofit promotion. I do not permit promotional use of my image. I have read, understand, and agree to the volunteer terms
