What’s Next is the major post-election gathering of the Democratic Party, where the leaders, ideas, and debates that will shape the party through 2028 and beyond take center stage. The event will absorb (and hopefully celebrate) what happened in 2026 and chart where the party goes next. What’s Next is designed to be the defining convening of the post-election season, bringing together a new coalition that can take back the White House in 2028.

WHEN: November 12-14
WHERE: Denver, CO

The event will feature a main stage with keynote speakers, debates between competing visions for the party’s future, and conversations with leading cultural and political figures. There will also be side stages with discussions of the lessons from the midterms; organizing opportunities for staff, activists, creators, and students; and showcases for partner organizations leading innovation in the party. And at night, there will be dinners, parties, and live performances to bring people together.
