This directory is a tool for participating venues to connect with artists to host in their space for Art After Dark. Venues will browse the directory to find artists that they resonate with and are interested in showcasing in their space.
The participating venue will select which artists they want to feature, SLO County Arts does not select artists or directly pair artists with venues. Your profile in the directory increases your visibility to the venues, but does not guarantee you will be selected. If a participating venue thinks your work would be a good fit for their space, they'll contact you based on the information included in your profile. You can also reach out directly to regularly-participating businesses to introduce yourself and let them know you are interested in showing work during Art After Dark, or encourage a business you already have a relationship with to work with you and register!
Please only sign up once! Filling out this form additional times will not increase your chances of being selected—once you are added to the directory after you first complete this form it is up to the venues to select their featured artists.
