  • Thank you for your interest in a future Esthetics Apprenticeship opportunity at Milk & Honey Beauty Lounge in Lawton, Oklahoma. We are currently assessing community interest in a structured 1,200-hour Facialist Apprenticeship Program designed to provide hands-on education, supervised client experience, skin science education, product knowledge, hair removal training, consultation skills, retail confidence, and professional development within a working spa environment.
    This form is NOT an application and does not guarantee acceptance or placement. Only two apprenticeship positions are anticipated for the initial program. The apprenticeship requires a significant commitment of time, consistency, and professionalism. Apprenticeship instruction itself is not tuition-based; however, participants may be responsible for certain approved expenses, including required books, uniforms, electrpnic device insurance, licensing/examination fees, and other applicable costs.
    Completing this form allows Milk & Honey Beauty Lounge to evaluate interest in the program and notify you if/when formal applications become available.
