  • Set Up / Teardown

  • Setup hours will be Friday, November 13th from 3pm-5pm and again on Saturday, November 14th from 8:00-Opening. Please respect your fellow vendors and your customers by keeping your booth intact until 2 pm, on the day of the event.

  • Rules and General Show Information

  • We are a community volunteer group, and our market workers are all volunteering their time and energy to this event. We all work hard to make the Mistletoe Market the best experience possible and request your patience with any discrepancies or concerns that may arise in the planning.

  • 1. The Mistletoe Market Committee reserves the right to use their discretion on what type of items can be sold.

  • 2. Booths can be utilized however the merchants would like, within the confines of the designated booth area, i.e. displays, clothing racks, etc.

    The committee reserves the right to approve booth setup prior to
    opening. Tables for booth and table spaces are to be covered with a clean tablecloth and must be skirted to the floor on three sides.

    The table, tablecloth, skirt and chairs are to be provided by the VENDOR/
    CRAFTER
    . Booth spaces are approximately 10x10.

  • 3. Each Vendor/Crafter will have a limited amount of booth/table space. These spaces will be clearly marked. PLEASE do not infringe upon your neighbors and remain in your allotted space. If more space is needed, you will be charged accordingly.

  • 4. Electrical power is limited and is assigned based upon the date the application and fee are accepted/ received. Please plan to bring any extension cords you may need.

  • 5. Children are welcome to attend the craft show with you. We would ask that you consider the number of hours you will be requiring your child to sit and behave.

  • 6. No refunds will be given as your vendor fee goes back into our Hartsville Community.

  • 7. We are requesting your e-mail address for confirmation of your space and/or updated information. This is necessary for you to receive your confirmation.

  • Please read all of our information below when considering our 2026 show. We hope you join our list of participating Vendors/Crafters!

  • Your Participation in this Mistletoe Market helps support our mission programs and other non-profits that we work with throughout the year. This has helped us give back to Trent Hill Center for Children, Rubicon, Mercy Medical, Hartsville Interfaith, Carolina's Kids, High School Senior scholarships, Cypress Adventures, among others.

  • Our booth rental is $75, and table rental is $25 per table (if you need one provided).

    If a table space is rented, VENDOR/ CRAFTER is asked to keep items/display within the 10 ft table space.

    No floor space in front of tables will be allowed to be utilized to display items, to keep the aisles free for shoppers and merchants' comfort.

  • We make every effort to evenly space types of merchandise throughout the show and may limit tables of some items.

  • When a contract is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email that you have been accepted into the show. Confirmation of acceptance into the show will be emailed as soon as possible.

  • Early acceptance may offer some accommodation of booth location.
  • Direct marketing types of vendors, including but not limited to, Pampered Chef, Tastefully Simple, Avon, Mary Kay, etc., will be allowed into the Show, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, and ONLY one vendor per brand.

  • Once accepted as a vendor, you must obtain a Vendor Permit from the City of Hartsville to be able to do business within the city limits of. You can fill out an application online, at this site:

  • If you already have a business license with the city, this makes you exempt from needing a
    Vendor Permit.

  • I have read the attached rules and Regulations governing the "Mistletoe Market" and agree to comply with these terms. I understand that by not complying with these terms, I may be excluded from future shows. I furthermore understand that I am responsible for maintaining my table / space for the duration of the show and that neither the Women's League of Hartsville nor the City of Hartsville (TB Thomas Center) will be held responsible for any injury, loss and/or damage which may occur for any reason, i.e., theft, fire, natural disaster, etc.

    I also understand that I can be refused as a vendor if the Women's League does not receive my application and payment for my spot, within 7 days of the event.
