Entry & Selection: Submission is free. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to photo quality. Submitting does not guarantee selection.

Conditional Donation: If my pet is selected, I agree to pay a $125 donation ($100 for Humane Society alumni) to secure the calendar spot. Failure to pay by the designated deadline will result in forfeiting the spot to the next runner-up.

Photo Rights & Quality: I certify that I own the rights to this photo and have permission to share it. The Humane Society of Southwest Missouri reserves the right to crop or edit photos for print formatting. High-resolution photos are required; low-quality or blurry images may be disqualified.

Liability: I release the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri from any liability regarding the use of these images. All selection decisions made by the Humane Society are final.
