  • Venue Standards & What We Provide

    Splash RV Resort provides the stage and the audience/crowd area only. Bands are responsible for supplying all sound and lighting equipment, including PA/speakers, monitors, microphones, mixing board, cables, stands, and any stage lighting. Please review the details below before submitting your bid.

  • Performance Length & Set Times

    All performances are 3-hour sets. Depending on the time of year, call time will be either 6:00–9:00pm (fall/winter) or 7:00–10:00pm (spring/summer). We'll confirm your exact set time when your date is booked.

  • Power Availability

    Standard 120V outlets are available at the stage, providing up to 40 amps. Please plan your equipment needs accordingly and bring extension cables as needed.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If a booked band needs to cancel, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Splash RV Resort reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a performance due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue closure), and will make reasonable efforts to notify performers as early as possible.

  • Weather Policy

    Performances take place outdoors in our Biergarten. In the event of rain or severe weather, the show will be moved to our covered outdoor pavilion or inside our Great Lodge. The decision will be made by Splash staff, and we'll notify you as soon as possible.

  • Noise & Curfew Policy

    Please note that all performances must end promptly by 10:00pm, unless it's a special event or instance, in accordance with local noise ordinance and resort policy. Sound levels may be subject to on-site monitoring.

  • Insurance & Liability

    Bands are responsible for their own equipment and are encouraged to carry liability insurance. Splash RV Resort is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of band equipment while on-site.

  • Merchandise Sales

    Bands are welcome to sell merchandise on-site during their performance.

  • Contract Terms

  • By submitting this bid, you agree to Splash RV Resort's standard live music performance terms: no additional guests beyond the performing band members and thier staff are permitted on site during the event; no complimentary alcohol will be provided to performers; no use of the waterpark; performers will receive a 30% discount on food purchases during their booked performance. These terms are subject to a final signed performance agreement upon selection.
