One-Time Workshops
Workshops are led by Met teaching artists and staff and are fully customizable to your organization’s needs. Possible topics include individual operas or composers, music composition, design (costumes, scenery, lighting), opera history, career exploration, social-emotional learning, and more.

Multi-Session Residencies
Multi-session residencies use opera-based learning to explore the operatic repertoire and create something new! Met teaching artists lead participants through the creative process to develop an original story, score, and/or design aligned with specific instructional outcomes. These residencies typically include 2–5 sessions.
