2026 Texas Rockabilly Bash Food Vendor Application

Texas Rockabilly Bash Food Vendor Texas Rockabilly Bash November 6th & 7th 2026 at Gillespie County Fairgrounds in Fredericksburg, Texas. One vendor per spot. All spots must be either paid with a non refundable deposit or paid in full to be considered reserved. Deposits will hold the space for you and the remaining balance will be paid by October 6th or the spot will be offered to the next food vendor who is waiting on our wait list. Along with your fee for the event we are asking for 4 mealtickets for our staff of the event. Also you will need to please send your Food Permit # with this application.. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PERMIT NUMBER- OR TEMP PERMIT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND YOU WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR SPOT. IF YOU APPLY AND DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR FOOD VENDOR SPOT AND ANOTHER TRUCK APPLIES AND PAYS, YOU WILL BE KICKEDOUT OF LINE. Thank you We are limiting vendors. NO REFUNDS. These spots are for self-sufficient food trucks/trailers. Each vendor spot comes with 4 wristbands. There will be no power supply available so each food vendor must have their own generator and it needs to be a quiet generator. We have potable water, but it is not near your site, so you must have your own water. There is a dump site on the rv park grounds if needed. Please bring your own trash containers as we wont have trash bags onsite. We will have trash cans on site for customers, but please come prepared to bag your own trash. This is for Friday 1PM-9 PM and Saturday 8 am to 9 pm-Set up is Friday before 1pm and Saturday be ready by 8 am. You can start teardown at 9 pm on Saturday or come back Sunday morning. You must be off th eproperty by noon Sunday. If you are staying at the site overnight, please letus know an rv/camping permit will be available to you just let us know. Allpayments are due immediately and iif not paid you will not be reserved- after October the price increases $50, after January $100 *There is no refund on vendor spaces. Must be show ready by 1 pm Friday, you must be set up for Friday and Saturday, if you are unable to stay Friday night you still must set up Friday and leave your truck/booth overnight or come back before 8 am in the morning– if this creates conflict, please contact Rachel via email at rakrupa.rk@gmail.com. We can workwith you depending on the size of your set up, etc.
REFUND POLICY Refund Policy Arizona Rockabilly Bash & Texas Rockabilly Bash – Refund &Cancellation Policy By purchasing tickets, registering a vehicle, or reserving vendor space for an Arizona Rockabilly Bash or Texas Rockabilly Bash event, you agree to the following terms. All Sales Final All registrations, vendor spaces, and ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes spectator tickets, vehicle registrations, vendor fees, sponsorships, and merchandise purchased in advance.Failure to attend the event for any reason, including travel issues, personal circumstances, sickness, loss of transportation, mistakenly buying tickets for the wrong show/date or ANY scheduling conflicts, does NOT qualify for a refund. Weather PolicyArizona Rockabilly Bash and Texas Rockabilly Bash events are held rain or shine. Weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind, or other typical outdoor event conditions, do not qualify for refunds or credits.Event Cancellation If an event is fully canceled by the organizer and cannot be rescheduled, participants may receive:· A credit toward a future Arizona Rockabilly Bash or Texas Rockabilly Bash event. The method of compensation will be determined at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Event Rescheduling If an event must be rescheduled, all registrations and tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date. Refunds will not be issued due to schedule changes. Vendor and Vehicle Registration Transfers Vehicle registrations and vendor spaces may be transferred to another participant for the same event with prior written approval from Arizona Rockabilly Bash or Texas Rockabilly Bash. Requests must be submitted 30 days before the event date. AZ& TX Rockabilly Bash will not allow anyone to sell or transfer tickets online, if caught doing this, transfer will not be allowed. Payment Processing Fees Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes By registering for the event, you agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the event organizer to resolve the issue. Any participant initiating a fraudulent chargeback may be banned from future Arizona Rockabilly Bash and Texas Rockabilly Bash events and may be responsible for all associated fees. Force Majeure Arizona Rockabilly Bash and Texas Rockabilly Bash shall not be held responsible for event cancellation, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:· Severe weather· Natural disasters· Government restrictions· Public health emergencies· Venue closures or moving of venue· Acts of God or other unforeseen events Under such circumstances, refunds will not be issued. It will however be at the sole discretion of the event organizer if possible to transfer tickets to another future date or event. Liability Disclaimer Arizona Rockabilly Bash and Texas Rockabilly Bash are not responsible for personal injury, vehicle damage, theft, or loss of property occurring before, during, or after the event. Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
