RETAIL: Luella Mobile Request Form

Thank you for requesting an visit from Luella and the Mobile shop.

Visits are typically an hour and a half to two hours long. We can come before or after your event/meeting. Please do not schedule us during your event unless we are part of a rotation. For community events, provide as many details as possible about event, timing, participants and needs. Please provide all information on this request form. Our Mobile Associate will connect with you within three business days to confirm your mobile shop.

Dates and start times are listed for available appointment times only. All appointments are booked in 1 hour increments.

Our Mobile associate will confirm your appointment within 3 business days and can help with back-to-back appointments.

Here's some information on what to expect!

Luella is fully stocked with all your troop needs, including vests, insignia, badges, fun patches and apparel. Also onboard you can find gifts, kits and other fun items for your Girl Scouts and leaders. We prefer two parking spaces near your event entance for visibility. We will arrive early for set up.

If you want an indoor shop, please indicate in notes and a shop associate will contact you to discuss what inventory to bring based to your event. There will be a limited supply of items presented. Luella may be present but associate will be unable to access inventory during shop.

Mobile shops accept cash, troop checks, credit cards, TAP pay (Google and Apple), Program Credits (Cookie Dough) and Trading Post credits. Large orders should be placed in advance at least 3 days prior to the shop so that we have time to pull and prep.

Upo confirmation, Mobile associate will provide a flyer that you can send to your attendees to help advertise that Luella will be present. If you could share with as many groups/people as possible, we would be thankful.

When you hit Submit below, we will be notified of your reservation request. Our mobile associate will connect with you by email or phone within three business days to confirm your reservation or to alter your reservation request due to scheduling conflicts. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the Mobile shops, no shop is guaranteed and may need to be rescheduled.
