Luella Mobile Appointment Request Form

Thank you for your interest in having Luella visit your community!

Our mobile shops bring a flexible, engaging shopping experience directly to your community. From Luella the Van to pop-up shops at council events, service unit meetings/events, or a troop's meeting, we’re happy to partner with you to create an experience that meets your Girl Scouting needs.

To support your event, we typically schedule mobile shop visits before or after the event. Please do not schedule the mobile shop during your event unless we are participating as part of a planned rotation or event schedule. Mobile shop visits are typically 1.5–2 hours in length.

When submitting a request for a event, please provide as much detail as possible, including the event date and time, location, expected participants, and any specific needs or accommodations. Complete information helps our team prepare and ensure the mobile shop is a successful addition to your event.

A mobile associate will follow up within three business days to review your request and confirm the details of your mobile shop visit.

Dates and start times are listed for available appointment times only. Mobile shop visits are typically 1.5–2 hours in length.

Our Mobile associate will confirm your appointment within 3 business days and can help with back-to-back appointments.

 

Here’s some helpful information about what to expect when Luella Mobile Shop joins your event!

Luella is fully stocked with a variety of Girl Scout essentials, including vests, insignia, badges, fun patches, and apparel. We also carry gifts, kits, and other fun items for Girl Scouts and leaders.

For visibility and accessibility, we kindly request two parking spaces located near your event entrance. Our team will arrive early to allow sufficient time for setup.

Indoor Shop Option
If you would prefer to have Luella set up indoors, please indicate this in the notes section of your request. A shop associate will contact you to discuss your event and determine which inventory would be most appropriate to bring.

Please note that an indoor shop will feature a limited selection of merchandise. While Luella may be present at the event, the shop associate will not be able to access additional inventory during the shop.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Mobile Shops accept the following forms of payment:

Cash
Troop checks
Credit and Debit cards
TAP-to-pay, including Apple Pay and Google Pay
Program Credits (Cookie Dough)
Trading Post credits

For large or special orders, please place your order at least three days prior to the event. This allows our team adequate time to pull, organize, and prepare your order.

Help Us Spread the Word!
Once your Mobile Shop is confirmed, your Luella associate will provide a promotional flyer that you can share with your attendees. We would greatly appreciate it if you could share the flyer with as many troops, groups, families, and participants as possible to help spread the word that Luella will be joining your event.
