LISTO – Leaders In Support of Transformational Opportunities is a leadership development program for experienced, values-driven leaders ready to take action for Arizona’s students. In today’s challenging political climate, when underserved communities and students face growing inequities, LISTO prepares courageous leaders to run, serve, and lead with purpose. Through five full-day sessions, participants deepen their understanding of equity-centered governance, data-informed decision-making, and community leadership. They learn alongside current school boards engaged in data-centered governance and ALL In Education’s Parent Education Academy, gaining tools to navigate complex systems and drive lasting change. Since its inception, ALL In Education has helped develop educational leaders and school board members who are transforming education across Arizona. LISTO continues that legacy by building a pipeline of leaders equipped to serve with integrity, courage, and results. We invite experienced and passionate leaders—educators, administrators, nonprofit and civic professionals, and advocates—to apply. Program Participation Goals
Joining an education governing board or board of directors is a serious commitment. Board members play a critical leadership role in determining the quality of programs and long-term sustainability of organizations. They are responsible for ensuring the organization has strong leadership, sound finances, effective fundraising, and high impact. Serving as a board member in the education sector is a personally and professionally rewarding opportunity to influence better outcomes for all children served by our partner organizations in our community.
