I expressly assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation and do hereby waive, release, absolve indemnity and agree to hold harmless the Tyler Wechsler Foundation Cornhole Tournament, its staff, suppliers, sponsors, and participants for any claim arising out of illness or injury to said player regardless of the cause.
