  • Terms of Performance

  • Performance length and set times — All performances are 3-hour sets. Call time is either 6:00–9:00pm (fall/winter) or 7:00–10:00pm (spring/summer), confirmed by Splash when your date is booked.

    Power — Standard 120V outlets are available at the stage providing up to 40 amps. Performers must bring their own extension cables.

    Guests and hospitality — No additional guests beyond the performing band members and their staff are permitted on site during the event. No complimentary alcohol will be provided to performers. No use of the waterpark. Performers receive a 30% discount on food purchases during their booked performance.

    Content standards — All sets must be family-friendly and appropriate for an all-ages audience.

    Cancellation — If a booked band needs to cancel, Splash must be notified at least 14 days in advance. Splash RV Resort reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a performance due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or venue closure, and will make reasonable efforts to notify performers as early as possible.

    Weather — Performances take place outdoors in the Biergarten. In the event of rain or severe weather the show will be moved to the covered outdoor pavilion or inside the Great Lodge, at the discretion of Splash staff.

    Noise and curfew — All performances must end promptly by 10:00pm unless otherwise agreed for a special event, in accordance with local noise ordinance and resort policy. Sound levels may be subject to on-site monitoring.

    Insurance and liability — Bands are responsible for their own equipment and are encouraged to carry liability insurance. Splash RV Resort is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of band equipment while on site.

    Merchandise — Bands are welcome to sell merchandise on-site during their performance.

    Payment — Payment is issued after the performance. A completed W-9 must be on file with Splash accounting before payment can be released. Performers are independent contractors, not employees of Splash RV Resort.
