  • Halloween Participation

  • Venderween is designed to create an unforgettable Halloween experience for families throughout our community. Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booth or food truck in a Halloween theme, wear Halloween costumes, participate in the Best Decorated Vendor Contest, and help create a fun trick-or-treat experience for children. Together Fest will provide candy for participating vendors to distribute to children while supplies last. Vendors are welcome to provide additional candy if they choose. Awards will be presented for outstanding Halloween-themed displays.

  • lemonade Policies

  • Only approved lemonade vendors or lemonade stands may sell lemonade. Food vendors, drink trailers, and beverage vendors may not sell lemonade unless prior written authorization has been granted by Together Fest. Unauthorized menu items may be removed, and repeated violations may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • Space Assingmemts 

  • Vendor locations are assigned by Together Fest. Placement requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed. Please remain within your assigned vendor space.

  • Tent Rentals

  • Tent rentals are not available. Each vendor is responsible for providing a tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, display equipment, and generators. Quiet generators are permitted. Generators must remain inside your assigned space and should not interfere with neighboring vendors.

  • Vendor Cleanup

  • Each vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean booth throughout the event. All trash, grease, wastewater, boxes, and other materials must be removed from the park before departure.

  • Food Vendors

  • Food vendors must possess all required Florida Department of Health and/or Florida Department of Agriculture permits and comply with all local, state, and county regulations.

  • Payments, Cancellation Policy, and Rain or Shine Policy

  • Vendor space is not reserved until payment has been received. Vendor fees are non-transferable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Venderween is a rain or shine event, and no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather. Only severe weather or emergencies deemed unsafe by Together Fest may result in delays, modifications, or cancellation.

  • Food & Drink Vendor Pricing

  • Select the truck sizes that apply

  • Food and drink vendor fees are based on the total length of your complete setup, including the truck, trailer, trailer tongue, serving area, generators, tents, smokers, and any additional equipment. Food Trucks & Food Trailers:

    Small (10–14 Feet) – $100

    Medium (16–18 Feet) – $150

    Large (20–28 Feet) – $200

    Drink Vendors: Small Drink Units & Mini Trailers (7–12 Feet) – $75

    Small (14 Feet) – $100

    Medium (16–18 Feet) – $150

    Large (20–28 Feet) – $200

  • The vendor agrees to release and hold harmless Together Fest, Fletcher's Oasis Herbal Care, volunteers, sponsors, Leon County, Tom Brown Park, and all event partners from liability for theft, damage, injury, accidents, or loss occurring before, during, or after the event. Each vendor is responsible for maintaining appropriate business insurance, if applicable.
  • By participating in Venderween, vendors grant Together Fest permission to photograph and record booths, products, employees, and displays for promotional, advertising, website, print, and social media purposes without compensation.
  • By signing below, I certify that: The information provided on this application is accurate. I have read and agree to all Venderween rules and policies. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. I understand that Together Fest reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications based on event needs, available space, and product variety. I agree to comply with all event policies and understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
