There is a snack bar fee of $10 per RIDER (not per horse) per day. You do get the money back in credit to spend at the snack bar. This is not optional, and must be paid with entry fees.

***** This is a special 2 day event. We do a overall two day high point for each division. High point winners will recieve a wagon Reserve will recieve a beaded halter.

On 8/15/2026 We will have a MENS ONLY 3D barrel race. This will have tropies to each D winner as well. Enter HERE Along with this we will have a special event open for everyone (click the above link for info)

Other information: Overnight camping is avaliable at this venue. Shane Parson (the owner of Diamond bar) has hook-ups avaliable. They are $25 per night. Dry Camping is no charge. Covered stalls are $25 per night, and non covered pens are $20 per night. There are plenty of pens (reservations are not required). Stalls and hookups are paid to Diamond Bar Arena / Shane the day of the event.

Pre Entry All 5 events - Must pre enter by 8/13/26 by 8 pm. All fees must be paid/Entry form filled out.

Riders can sign up the day of the event. Day of entries cut off @ 8:45 AM.

Day of entries is $70 for regular riders. (and $10 snack bar fee)

How to enter - must be done at time of form submission.

- You are welcome to pay entries for mutiple riders with one payment (Please not who it is for).

- Club membership fees will need to be a speperate payment for accounting purposes. For year end awards or to go to the state CSHA show you will need to be a member of the following clubs as well. If you have any questions please feel free to ask (we are happy to answer). The shows you attend do not count towards your 5 state shows / 9 year end shows until you are a member of the following clubs.

- Stalls and any other fees need to paid seperate and or to the correct person.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
CSHA Region 4 Gymkhana will not be responsible for any accident that may occur to be caused by any equine competing or present at this show or for any article of any kind or nature that may be lost or destroyed or in any way damaged. Each competitor will be responsible for any injury that may be occasioned to any person or animal or damage to an property while on the grounds by any equine owned, or in his custody, control and shall indemnify and hold harmless CSHA Region 4 Gymkhana, its officials and directors individually and collectively and any co-sponsoring organization, if any, from and against all charges and expenses of every kind and nature whatsoever arising out of or which may be incurred by reason of an accident, injury or damage to person or property caused by the ownership, competition or custody of our control of any animal competition. In signing this release please bear in mind that gymkhana is a contest of speed, that there is a certain element of danger involved and that you will be riding at your own risk, and that CSHA Region 4 Gymkhana will be held harmless. I CERTIFY I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL THE ABOVE.
