• ABRA Finals Mini Session Booking Form

    Don't wait! Only 2 mini sessions will be available per day with both Kyleigh & Grace (4 total) to ensure the event is captured in full. A $75 deposit is required upon booking to hold your spot, with the remaining $187.50 (includes GST) due the day before the session.

  • This pre-run mini session captures you and your horse before you head to the arena — whether it’s a posed portrait, a quiet moment at the trailer, or tacking up. Includes 15 minutes of shooting and a minimum of 20 professionally edited digital images.

  • How does it work?

    1. Book your session on an available date, during your time at the 2026 finals. Mini sessions are available to all competitors each day of the finals. Only 4 sessions total will be offered each day, 2 with Grace & 2 with Kyleigh. Both girls will be offering 1 session in the morning and 1 in the evening. 

    2. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

    3. Prior to your session Grace or Kyleigh will reach out to coordinate an exact meeting time before your run on the day of your session. 

    4. At the agreed upon time you will meet Grace or Kyleigh will meet you at the staircase in the Calnash which go up to the bleachers on the east side of the building. 

    5. You will then walk to your trailer where your 15 minute session will begin. 

     

    Images will be delivered promptly following the conclusion of the 2026 ABRA Finals. If you have not received your images by Sept 15, 2026 please send a message to Rein Equine Marketing.

    • Please be aware we are shooting behind the scenes photos at the finals all day, please be considerate of our time. 
    • Mini session galleries will be sent out in the order they were taken.
    • Gallery links will be sent out to the cell phone number or email listed on the booking.
    • If you do not have your gallery by September 15, 2026 please send Rein Equine Marketing a direct message.
    • Editing of images is left to REM creative discretion - final images will include a small copyright watermark.
