  • Alt Angles LLC remains copyright owner of all photos and video unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a usage license based on the purchased package. Commercial usage may require additional licensing.

  • FAA Compliance

  • Alt Angles LLC follows all FAA rules and regulations if the drone flight is permitted due to restricted airspace, temporary flight restrictions, FAA denial, emergency activities, or unsafe operation conditions.

  • Alt Angles LLC may substitute ground footage or modify services accordingly.

  • Venue Restrictions

  • Property Access

    • The client agrees to provide safe access.
    • Parking.
    • Necessary gate codes.
    • Site access credentials.
    • Power access if required.

  • The client is responsible for confirming drones are permitted, obtaining venue approval, obtaining property owner permission, and if the venue denies drone operations on the day and this information was not disclosed beforehand, Alt Angles LLC is not responsible for the inability to provide aerial services.

  • Safety Policy

    • Alt Angles LLC reserves the right to stop or modify operations if conditions become unsafe.
    • FAA regulations would be violated.
    • Crowd behavior creates safety concerns.
    • Equipment safety is compromised.

  • Insurance

  • Alt Angles LLC maintains appropriate liability insurance for its operations. Clients are responsible for confirming any venue insurance required before the event.

  • Limitation of Liability

  • Alt Angles LLC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by weather, FAA restrictions, venue restrictions, act of god, government orders, equipment failure despite reasonable maintenance, and emergencies beyond reasonable control.
