Job Description: Cleaning Contractor
As a KEEPR Cleaning Contractor, you will provide dependable cleaning services for assigned residential, office, and commercial spaces. Contractors are expected to arrive on time, follow cleaning checklists, communicate professionally, and maintain the KEEPR standard of quality and care.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, workspaces, common areas, floors, windows, and high-touch surfaces as assigned.
Empty trash, replace liners, restock supplies when provided, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Follow client instructions, company cleaning standards, and all safety protocols.
Report maintenance concerns, damages, supply issues, or safety concerns to management.
Work independently while representing KEEPR with professionalism, reliability, and respect.
