Please read this form carefully. It is a legal agreement and by submitting this form, or by entering the gym, you accept these rules in full.

The Wildside Gym, at the Wildside Centre, Whitebridge, Inverness, IV2 6UN, is provided, by the Stratherrick & Foyers Community Trust (SFCT), for the benefit of the local community as an unmanned facility equipped with high-end commercial gym equipment. It is a members only gym open to all members of the Stratherrick & Foyers community.

Acknowledgement of Gym Rules and Competence on Gym Equipment
I understand the gym is unmanned, I may be exercising alone, and the main entrance camera is not continuously monitored. I will not rely on staff or the camera to notice an emergency or summon help.
If I am the last person in the gym, I will lock the front door to the Wildside Centre and ensure the key is secure in the lockbox.
I will enter my name and arrival and leaving times in the gym sign in book
I will clean each piece of equipment immediately after using it with the cleaning materials provided.
I will remain courteous and respectful to all other users of the Wildside Centre and gym.
I will report, or record in the incident book, all accidents, near misses, security indcidents and equipment faults as soon as reasonably possible.
I confirm that I am competent and familiar with the proper use of all the equipment I intend to use at the Wildside Gym
I will keep the lockbox codes confidential, will not admit guests or unregistered users, will return keys to the correct lockbox immediately, and will check the the doors are secure when I enter and leave.
In a serious emergency, I will call 999 and give the address: The Wildside Centre, Whitebridge, Inverness, IV2 6UN. I will report accidents, near misses, security incidents and equipment faults as soon as reasonably possible
If you are not familiar or competent with the gym equipment or want to build your confidence, access to a Personal Trainer, at a cost to you is available. Please ask SFCT staff for further information.
Health Declaration
There is no staff supervision and I am responsible for my own health, safety and wellbeing.
Although equipment is inspected at least weekly by SFCT staff, I must personally check the equipment before use. I will not use any equipment that appears damaged or unsafe. I will report issues immediately to staff or record them in the Incident Book
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and using the facilities provided. I release Wildside Gym, its owners and agents from liability for injury, loss or damage, except where caused by negligence.
I understand that I am responsible for deciding whether I am fit to exercise, staying within my abilities and seeking appropriate advice if I am unsure.
I understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks. I accept the ordinary risks of choosing to exercise, while recognising that this form does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
I will stop if I feel unwell, dizzy, faint, unusually short of breath, or experience chest pain or unusual pain.
I understand that SFCT staff cannot assess my medical fitness and that I should not use the gym until I am satisfied that I can exercise safely.
