Use this form to confirm that a fixture is to be postponed. On submission, an automatic email will be sent to:

⏰ Deadline: This form must be submitted before 4:00pm on the day of the fixture.

🔒 Who can submit: Only a Club Secretary or the club's appointed U18 Secretary may complete this form.

📅 Rescheduling: The fixture must be rescheduled within 7 days of the postponement request, using the relevant Reschedule Form.
