Fees

The fees provided under each option will cover implementation of the solution, as well as annual support and licence for the first 12 months. These fees are subject to change should additional scoping/requirements be raised.

From year 2 onwards, an annual support and licence fee will be charged at £1,500 + VAT which will cover: 

• Continued access to your licensed API(s)
• IT support
• Compatibility updates
• Maintenance releases
• Security updates
• Documentation updates
• Ongoing access to the test environment (if applicable)

Fees

Project costs will be tailored to your specific requirements and will be discussed and agreed once we have a full understanding of the scope and objectives of the work. In addition to the initial development costs, an annual support and licensing fee will apply.

This ensures the solution remains secure, up to date, and fully supported, and includes:
