2026 Veterans Day Parade Registration

PARADE DATE AND START TIME: Tuesday, November 11 starting at 1pm. Scouts and leaders are required to be in the full BSA Field Uniform (Class A). Scouts, leaders, and participants are requested to start gathering at our muster point at 11am, but not later than 12:30pm.

The gathering point will be published closer to the Parade. Notification will be sent to all registered units.

PARADE LENGTH AND DURATION: Approximately a 1.5-mile slow walk route. Depending on the Scout formation location in the parade, we can anticipate 1.5-2 hours after the parade starts until we finish.

REGISTRATION: Do not register individually with the parade organizers. The GAC Has submitted one registration on behalf of all Scouting units.

UNIT FLAGS ONLY: At the parade site, the parade Scout Coordinator will identify three scouts who look like they stepped off the cover of Scout Life magazine to lead the formation. Please bring ONLY your unit flag for the parade.

Floats and Vehicles: Please do not bring floats, vehicles, or vehicle-pulled floats for the parade. Our registration does not include floats or vehicles as a part of our delegation.
