• Curly Crown Studio Client Intake

    Thank you for your interest in Curly Crown Studio! We are located in North Attleboro, MA. Just 40 minutes from Boston and 20 minutes from Providence. This intake form helps us determine whether we're the right fit for your hair, recommend the appropriate service, and prepare for your consultation if your request is approved. Please complete the form in its entirety. Most applicants can expect a response within three business days. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance, consultation, or an appointment.

  • New Sisterlocks™ Establishments
    Pricing begins at $2,200 for up to 4 inches of natural hair, with an additional $175 per inch beyond 4 inches. Additional fees may apply based on density, head circumference, gray or platinum hair, and overall service complexity.

    Interlocked Microlocs Establishments
    Pricing begins at $1,800 for up to 4 inches of natural hair. Additional fees based on hair length, density, desired loc size, head circumference, gray or platinum hair, and overall service complexity.

    Maintenance & Transfer Clients
    Routine maintenance appointments begin at $250. Corrective work, repairs, and reconstruction are priced according to the condition of the locs, the amount of new growth, and the work required.

  • If your intake request is approved, the next step is an in-person consultation.

    The consultation fee is $150 and covers the consultation only. It is separate from all priority-placement fees, retainers, establishment costs, maintenance services, repairs, and corrective work.

    During the consultation, we will evaluate your hair and scalp, review your goals, determine whether we're the appropriate fit, and confirm your recommended service and pricing. New establishment consultations include test locks. Transfer consultations include an evaluation of the existing grid, loc count, condition, and maintenance needs

  • About Dual Sisterlocks™ Establishments

    This is a collaborative service performed by Pam of Curly Crown Studio and Neva of The Black Beauty Standard. By working together on a single client, we're able to complete most eligible establishments in one day.

    Pam's solo establishments are typically completed over approximately three days, depending on hair length, density, and overall complexity. A dual establishment offers clients the opportunity to significantly reduce the time spent in the chair while receiving the same precision and attention to detail.

    Because two Certified Consultants work simultaneously on your establishment, dual Sisterlocks™ establishments currently begin at $2,600. Final pricing is determined during your consultation based on hair length, density, and overall complexity.

    Scheduling Requirements

    Sisterlocks™ establishments at Curly Crown Studio are completed over three consecutive full days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

    Appointment hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day, including a scheduled lunch break.

    If your intake request is approved, you must be available for all three days. These scheduling requirements are firm and cannot be modified.

  • Please review the scheduling requirements below carefully before continuing your intake request.

    Interlocked microlocs establishments are completed over two consecutive full days, either:

    • Thursday & Friday

    or

    • Friday & Saturday

    Appointment hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day, including a scheduled lunch break.

    Scheduling is determined based on availability. These scheduling requirements are firm and cannot be modified.

  • If your intake request is approved, we'll do our best to schedule you within your preferred appointment window. Please select all options that generally work for your schedule.

  • Tuesday and Wednesday evening appointments are reserved for maintenance services that can typically be completed in four hours or less. Thursday through Saturday appointments generally begin between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., depending on the estimated length of your service. Selecting your availability does not guarantee appointment availability.

  • Priority Placement is available to applicants who would like to be considered for an earlier appointment if one becomes available.

    New establishment applicants: $500 optional Priority Placement Fee

    Transfer applicants: $200 optional Priority Placement Fee

    This optional fee is separate from your consultation fee and all service costs. Priority Placement does not guarantee acceptance, immediate scheduling, or a specific appointment date. All Priority Placement requests are subject to approval and availability.
