This form is designed to be a starting point and will provide an overview of some of the products and pricing offered. If you do not see what you are looking for, I am happy to work with you to better understand your vision and create something custom with you. No payment is required to submit the form. Once I receive your information, I'll reach out to discuss details or to answer any of your questions.

Once we have discussed details, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your order unless your event is less than 14 days away, in which full payment is due at the time of your order.

Orders are not considered confirmed or guaranteed until the required payment has been received. Please understand that due to the personalized nature of mums/garters, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
