NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting of EOPD.ie, will be held on Friday 25th September 2026 at 3.00pm, The Guinness Enterprise Centre Taylor's Lane, Dublin 8, D08 ET2R

The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is:

1. To approve the minutes of Annual General Meeting of 12^th September 2025.
2. Ordinary resolutions
   1. That the Financial Statements for the financial period ended 31 December 2025 be considered
   2. To authorise the Board to fix the remuneration of the Accountants of the Charity Whelan Dowling & Associates.    
   3. To re-appoint Ciaran Bolger as a director
   4. To re-appoint Joe Condon as a director (Second Term)
   5. To re-appoint Fiona Staunton as a director
   6. To re-appoint Michelle Todman as a director
   7. To re-appoint Evin Conway as a director
   8. Appointment  Lynn McDonald as a director
3. To transact any other business which may be properly transacted at an Annual General Meeting.

If a member is unable to physically attend and wishes their vote to be counted, the Board have requested that:

a) Members submit proxies in the attached format in favour of an appointed person whom they know will be physically present at the AGM

b) Submit any queries or comments on the attached materials to
info@eopd.ie by 3pm Wednesday 23rd September.

As a courtesy to all members who are unable to physically attend and still wish
to participate the AGM will be broadcasted online. Online attendees will have
the option to speak at the meeting. However, there is no opportunity to cast
votes online. If you wish to vote, we urge you to complete and return the Proxy
Form.
