    Thank you for applying for an Autumn 26 cohort of Homeless Link's leadership programmes. 

    You will have the option to submit your responses in writing or via a video recording. 

    Please note that this is a competitive process and places are limited, so do take time to plan your responses. Applications will be assessed against a scoring matrix (available on request).

    You will be asked to include a short endorsement from your line manager, or a member of your board. You would benefit from having this ready to include in the application before you sit down to complete it.  

    Successful applicants will be notified by Monday 7 September.

    Question 4: A key element of the programme is developing a network of peers in an environment that feels safe, trusted and supportive. In order to achieve this, we ask that all participants commit to attending all of the sessions. How will you manage the required time commitment and ensure your organisational capacity doesn’t suffer as a result?

    One of the aims of Homeless Link’s leadership programme is to create a more equitable, diverse, just and inclusive homelessness sector.

    We are aiming to make the programme itself as accessible and inclusive as possible, from application process through to delivery. Please let us know if you have any suggestions as to how we could make it more accessible.

    We hope to attract a diverse cohort of participants. As part of the application process, we are asking participants to voluntarily submit diversity monitoring data. This data will be used at an aggregated level to help us to evaluate the achievement of our aims and identify ways to help us to improve the programme. The data will not be used in the selection of candidates for the programme.
