PF Pride 2026 Entertainment Application

Pflugerville Pride is now accepting applications for the 5th Annual Pflugerville Pride Festival 2026. The entertainment application for the 2026 Pride Festival will close on October 1st, 2026 at 11:59pm CT.

Please Note: Pflugerville Pride will be focusing primarily on local and regional LGBTQ+ talent and does not cover travel expenses and/or accommodations expenses for the festival. However, there is a discount to book a room for this event. Find the link here! 

Because we receive many applications and inquiries, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate every artist who applies.

Pfestival Theme: The Flamin' 20s: A New Era of Pride 

PRIDE AFTER DARK: 

Pride After Dark will have it's own night this year! This is to allow for vendors and the performers the ease of participating for both events.

We do ask that your performance and dressware for PAD is aligned with the theme. We really want this to be a true speakeasy vibe and you can help with that!

PAD Theme: The Lavender Lounge: A Pride After Dark Speakeasy

For this year's theme, think Roaring 20s, rebirth, LGBTQIA+ History, Harlem, Flappers, and a queer version of the Great Gatsby. For Pride After Dark, think the same, with more speakeasy vibes.

Backline

There will be a backline provided on the indoor stage. Please list out your requirements for a backline.

Media Release

By agreeing to perform, the artist/performer acknowledges that there will be media, photographers, video, and other documentation systems on-site and Pflugerville Pride cannot be held responsible for the use of any images taken. Pflugerville Pride reserves the right to use any images it controls for future advertising and promotion with no compensation to the artist/performer.

Acknowledgements

1. I understand that this application does not constitute an agreement of services, but is an application for consideration to participate as a performer at Pflugerville Pride

2. I agree to appear in the time/place that is designated to me by Pflugerville Pride.

3. By submitting this application, I am acknowledging that all of the information within is correct.

4. If I cancel within fourteen (14) buisiness days or no show for the event I am signed up for, I understand that I may not be invited to perform again at a Pflugerville Pride event. 

5. Pflugerville Pride is a non profit organization and we rely solely on donations and sponsorships to put on our festival.* If I am selected as a performer at Pflugerville Pride, I understand that I may not be entitled to any compensation for my performance and the act that I perform may be done as a donation of my time and talent. I know I will be able to display donation QR codes/Social Media handles and accept tips.

*While perfoming at Pflugerville Pride may be on a volunteer basis, we will provide a small stipend for each performer as we believe as an artist, you need to be compensated for your time. However, this may not be your usual compensation amount.
