Sign up and join the fun! VOLUNTEERS make this event happen ane we need YOU!

Hosted at Pioneer Park, this outdoor community event is family friendly and features food, live music, a bake sale, games for kids, a horse drawn wagon ride to the pumpkin patch and more!

This is a basic volunteer registration form. Look for a follow up email with more information.

Friday Set-Up Crew: help set up at Pioneer Park. Includes setting up tents, pop-ups, roping off the wagon ride and parking, setting the stage, and more! Come and give any amount of time you can. We will be at the park during the hours listed below. Be prepared to work outdoors. Gloves are always a good idea!
Saturday Set-Up Crew: help with the final set up before we open!
Pumpkin Patch Helper: host the Pumpkin Patch!
Pumpkin Patch Helper: Help open and host the Pumpkin Patch!
Raffle Ticket Booth: Sell 50/50 and Basket Raffle Tickets!
Raffle Ticket Booth: Take the afternoon shift and sell 50/50 and Basket Raffle Tickets!
Harvest Treats Booth: Popcorn, Caramel Apples & Nachos Booth: make, serve and sell treats.

Nachos & Soft Pretzels Booth: make, serve and sell nacho chips and soft pretzels with cheese sauce
Clean Up crew: help to break down and clean up at the end of the day.
