MOC Media AI Identity & Authority Program
Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the MOC Media AI Identity & Authority Program ("Program"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
The MOC Media AI Identity & Authority Program is designed to improve your business's AI visibility, AI authority, and digital presence through ongoing optimization and content development.
The Program includes:
Up to 18 AI-optimized content pieces per month for approved platforms.
Content distribution recommendations for supported social media platforms, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
One (1) AI-optimized blog article per month.
Quarterly AI Authority optimization and syndication review.
Ongoing profile optimization recommendations, including NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency where applicable.
Platform optimization recommendations as AI technologies and best practices evolve.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate business information.
Maintain ownership of all business accounts.
Grant the necessary access required to perform the services.
Respond to requests for approvals, assets, or revisions in a timely manner.
Ensure all submitted content, logos, and media are owned by the Client or properly licensed.
MOC Media is not responsible for delays resulting from missing access, incomplete information, or delayed client communication.
3. No Performance Guarantees
Because AI systems, search engines, and recommendation platforms continuously change their algorithms and ranking methodologies, MOC Media cannot guarantee:
Specific rankings
AI recommendations
AI Share of Voice percentages
Lead volume
Sales results
Website traffic
Search placement
Revenue increases
The Program is designed to improve a business's digital authority and visibility using current best practices, but results will vary based on market conditions, competition, client participation, and third-party platform changes.
4. Evidence-Based Methodology
MOC Media follows its proprietary AI Identity & Authority Framework.
All audits, recommendations, and scores are based on observed data and available evidence.
MOC Media does not manipulate, inflate, or alter audit findings to produce more favorable results.
5. Monthly Subscription
The Program is billed at $375.00 per month unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Subscription fees are billed automatically until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
There is a mandatory 30 day paid cancellation period
6. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel the Program with a minimum of 30 days' written & paid notice.
Services will continue through the paid notice period.
No partial-month refunds or prorated credits will be issued.
7. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MOC Media maintains a strict $0 refund policy outside of the first 72hrs
Due to the digital nature of the services, proprietary methodology, strategic planning, content creation, research, account setup, and ongoing optimization, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Client deciding not to use the service
Change in business direction
Lack of client participation
Delayed implementation by the client
Dissatisfaction with the pace of results
Algorithm or platform changes outside MOC Media's control
By purchasing the Program, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
The MOC AI Identity & Authority Framework™, methodologies, scoring systems, processes, templates, reports, workflows, and proprietary documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of MOC Media.
Clients receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for their business but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, or repurpose MOC Media's proprietary methodology without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOC Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.
The Client acknowledges that recommendations made by AI systems, search engines, and third-party platforms are outside the control of MOC Media.
10. Acceptance
By submitting payment and enrolling in the Program, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
