• 55th Annual Labor Day Art Show Volunteer Sign-Up Form

  • Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2026 Labor Day Art Show! Please choose the day(s) and time(s) you will be available to assist.

    We are in need of your help on Sunday, August 30 (Artwork Drop Off), during the week of August 31 - September 4 (Art Show Set Up and Opening Reception), September 5 - 6 (Weekend of the Art Show) and September 7 - 8 (Post-Show Wrap-Up).

    If you are able to sign up for more than one date or time, please sign up for as many slots as you feel comfortable. We appreciate your generosity and look forward to the event!

    We need help staffing the drop-off tables and bringing art into the Spanish Ballroom. Volunteers must be able to walk throughout the Ballroom and carry artwork. Location: Spanish Ballroom at Glen Echo Park 7300 MacArthur Blvd, Glen Echo, MD 20812

    We need help moving panels and hanging 2D artwork on the panels for display. In addition, we need help arranging 3D work on pedestals, placing labels near artwork, and other display tasks. Location: Spanish Ballroom at Glen Echo Park 7300 MacArthur Blvd, Glen Echo, MD 20812

  • Public Reception and Sales

    Volunteers help setting up refreshments for our reception, and replenish during the event. During the public reception we need "runners" to assist the sales table, monitor artwork and assist patrons with jewelry sales. Location: Spanish Ballroom at Glen Echo Park 7300 MacArthur Blvd, Glen Echo, MD 20812
