We are now requiring sign ups Flyer progression and stretching classes to ensure that we have the right amount of coaches present and to give more one on one attention .

PROPER STREACHING 

BODY POSITIONS 

SHOWMANSHIP  

 

This class is a sign up prior class with no drop in.  

 

By submitting this form I am aware that I am signing my child up for a group flyer class. Due to there being a limited amount of openings I am aware that if miss my class there is no transfer or refund. Also if I arrive late my time will not be extended. 

 Also I am aware that injuries can occur while performing skills and release any liability for Empire Elite LLC of responsibility in the nature of such event as long precautions are being taken. We do our best to ensure the safety of all athletes but injuries still may occur.
