Price: $225.00 per participant

Payment is to be made by check, written out to the Jeremiah Project.

All payments are non-refundable.

1.  Middle School Student participants must be current 6th-8th graders. High School Student participants must be current 9th-12th graders.

2. Required Adult Leadership: One same-sex adult for every 7 same-sex middle school students. One same-sex adult for every 7 high school students. All combined groups are required to bring designated adult leaders for middle school students and high school students. Once that criteria has been met, the youth leader has the flexibility to float between age groups during activities.

3. Adult leaders from churches must be 21 years of age or older.

4. Payments are non-refundable.

5. Final payment, participant counts, and rosters are due by MARCH 1, 2027.

6. Housing Options: Churches may choose to house their middle and high school students together or separately during JOURNEY Weekend. Depending on camp capacity, your church group will likely be housed with another church group.

7. Dining Options: All meals will be served at the same time, however, you have the option to either have your middle schoolers and high schoolers sit together, or at different tables. 

8. Adding Participants: We will make every effort to accommodate later registrations but can only guarantee space for those made during your initial registration submission.  Any requests to add additional participants should be directed to JOURNEY’s Executive Director, Todd: todd@jeremiahproject.org

We will request your final breakdown in numbers and a roster at a later date via direct email.  At that time we will also request that you provide any dietary concerns so that we can alert our kitchen to any special needs. Thank you!

Cancellation Due to Unforseen Circumstances: 

Should the JOURNEY weekend be cancelled due to weather-related incidents, a government shutdown, acts of God, etc. all monies paid to date will be refunded, minus a $10.00 per-person administrative fee.
