  • Little Theatre of Manchester 2026 Holiday Arts & Craft Fair at Cheney Hall Vendor Application

  • Saturday, November 28, 2026 — Small Business Saturday
    12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

The Little Theatre of Manchester (LTM) is thrilled to host its 3rd Annual Holiday Arts & Craft Fair. This fair exists to give local artisans a strong Small Business Saturday and to support LTM and the upkeep of Cheney Hall, Manchester's gathering place since the 1800s.

    APPLICATIONS & FEES

Applications are accepted until we are full. Space is limited to 31 vendors, and applications are reviewed in the order received to ensure a diverse selection of products. Applying early is the best way to get the space you want.

    • Upstairs space: $65 (25 available)
    • Downstairs space: $35 (6 available)

Please indicate your preference on the application. If upstairs is full when your application arrives, we'll offer you a downstairs space or a place on the waitlist.

Once your application is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to pay your vendor fee and any table rental fees. Your space is not reserved until payment is received.

    BOOTH SPACE & TABLES

    • Upstairs booths are approximately 8' x 8'. Downstairs spaces are approximately 6' x 6'.
    • Two chairs are provided per booth. Tables are not provided.
    • Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tables. A limited number are available to rent in advance: 6' table $5, 8' table $10. Due to space constraints, 8' tables are available only for upstairs booths.
    • Pre-paid tables will be waiting at your booth when you arrive.
    • A small number of tables may be available to rent day-of, on a first-come, first-served basis, but we can't guarantee it. Reserve in advance if you need one.
    • Vendors will have access to Cheney Hall's guest Wi-Fi.

    LOAD-IN & SETUP

Setup begins at 10:00 AM. Please arrive between 10:00 and 11:30 AM. Unless you've made other arrangements with us, all vendors should be set up and in place by 11:45 AM.

Please read this carefully before choosing a downstairs space: load-in is only available through the front of the building, which has stairs. Downstairs vendors will need to carry all merchandise, displays, and tables down an additional flight of stairs. The lift is reserved for people who need assistance with stairs and is not available for moving inventory. Please plan your load-in accordingly, and bring help if you need it.

    TEARDOWN

The fair closes at 4:00 PM. Teardown begins at 4:00 PM. Unless you've made other arrangements with us, please do not pack up or leave early, as it disrupts the event for shoppers and for other vendors. LTM reserves the right to close the fair early if attendance warrants it. If we do, event staff will notify all vendors before teardown begins.

    REFUNDS

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless we can fill your space from the waitlist. If you need to cancel, let us know as early as possible so we have time to find a replacement.

    FOOD SALES & SAMPLING

    • Packaged food sales: If you plan to sell food in individual portions (pre-packaged sandwiches, baked goods, or other ready-to-eat items), you must obtain a food service license from the local health department, even if the food is not eaten on site. Please have your license available at the event.
    • No sampling or on-site consumption: No sampling, taste testing, or consumption of any product, including items offered for sale, is permitted during the event.

    SALES TAX

As a seller, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable sales and use tax laws, including determining whether to collect sales tax from your customers and remitting any collected tax to the appropriate authority.

Neither LTM, Cheney Hall, nor the Town of Manchester is liable for any sales tax collected or uncollected during the Arts & Crafts Fair. Accurate tax reporting and payment are your responsibility.

    VENDOR CONDUCT & PRODUCT STANDARDS

By participating, vendors agree to follow all policies outlined here, as well as any rules of Cheney Hall and directions from event staff on the day of the fair.

    • Handmade & original work. This is an arts and crafts fair. We ask that vendors primarily sell their own handmade, original, or hand-finished work. Mass-produced or resale merchandise is not permitted without prior approval. Your application should accurately describe what you make and what you'll be selling. We review applications to ensure a diverse selection, and vendors who arrive with merchandise substantially different from their application may be asked to remove those items.
    • Conduct. We want this to be a welcoming event for vendors and shoppers alike. LTM reserves the right to decline any application, and to decline to invite back any vendor who does not adhere to these policies, misrepresents their products or application, or engages in conduct we consider disruptive, unprofessional, or harmful to other vendors, staff, volunteers, or guests. Event staff also reserve the right to ask a vendor to leave during the event; no refund will be issued in that case.
