By participating in this community hike organized by Rat Dog Media, I acknowledge that hiking outdoors with dogs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Uneven terrain
Wildlife encounters
Weather conditions
Injuries from slips, falls, or other participants
Dog-related incidents, including bites, scratches, or fights
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and my dog's participation.

I release and hold harmless Rat Dog Media, its owner, volunteers, and anyone assisting with this event from any claims, liability, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in this hike, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that I am fully responsible for my own actions and for the behavior, health, and safety of my dog during the event.

If an emergency arises, I authorize emergency medical care for myself if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any resulting costs.
Photo Release: I give Rat Dog Media permission to photograph me and my dog during the hike and use those images for social media, website, and promotional purposes.
