Liability Waiver & Payment Policy. I understand that my child is participating in cake decorating and/or arts and crafts activities at Desert Blume Learning LLC. While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe environment, I understand that participation involves inherent risks. I release Desert Blume Learning LLC, its owners, employees, and volunteers from liability for injuries or damages except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.I understand that payment is required to reserve my child's space. Class fees are non-refundable if my child does not attend, unless Desert Blume cancels the class or another arrangement is approved.I have read and agree to the liability waiver, payment policy, and class rules. I understand my child's spot is not reserved until payment has been received.
