This is the Food Vendor Registration form for the Fall Fiesta on October 17th, 2026. This event is a sublet of the larger Downtown BGKY Harvest Festival. The event is host to over 20,000 attendees. In order to participate in this event, this application form is required to be fully completed. If you are approved, you will recieve an email from jose.gonzalez1081@gmail.com, along with an invoice for the vendor setup fee. The vendor fee for all 10x10 booths is $50 ($35 per additional 10x10 space), and food trucks/trailers are $150. Sponsorships above the Amigo level will automatically waive vendor fees.
