ICN 2026 Network Pre-work
Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out this survey! In ICN there is a lot we know about our centers' work, but we would like to understand better HOW our centers work, with the goal of providing better service to you and improving the outcomes for kids! This should only take about 10 minutes. You may need to consult your team for some of the answers, and your work will be saved if you step away. One completed survey will be selected randomly for a free conference registration at our next in-person conference!

There is variation across care centers in how patients are enrolled in the registry for QI and for research. We are interested in understanding this variation.
Does your institution require a signed consent for research before patient data can be entered in the registry for Quality Improvement?
