Subscription Agreement & Terms of Service
Overview
The MOC Visibility & Authority Workspace™ is a self-guided platform designed to help businesses strengthen their digital authority, improve AI visibility, and manage their online presence through content planning, scheduling, analytics, and educational resources.
Your subscription provides access to the MOC Workspace and its included features for the duration of your active membership.
Subscription Pricing
Monthly Membership: $90.00 USD per month
Commitment Term: 12 months
Subscriptions are billed automatically each month for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on the date of enrollment.
Annual Prepayment Discount
Members who choose to pay the full 12-month commitment at the time of enrollment receive a 10% discount, reducing the total annual investment from $1,080 to $972.
Annual prepaid memberships are paid in full at signup and are not subject to monthly billing.

Billing Authorization
By enrolling, you authorize MOC Media to charge the payment method provided according to the subscription option you selected.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month throughout the initial 12-month commitment unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewals after your initial 12-month commitment has been fulfilled.
Early cancellation does not waive or eliminate the remaining balance due under the 12-month subscription commitment.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a full refund within the first 72 hours of their initial purchase.
After the first 72 hours:
No refunds will be issued.
No prorated refunds are available.
Annual prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 72-hour period.
Monthly subscription payments made after the refund window are non-refundable.
Account Access
Workspace access is licensed to a single business or individual.
Account sharing, resale, redistribution, or transferring access to another party without written permission from MOC Media is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
Members agree to use the Workspace responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and platform policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring all published content complies with the policies of Google Business Profile, Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and any connected third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
All content, templates, workflows, videos, strategies, prompts, branding, educational materials, software, and proprietary methodologies—including the MOC AI Authority Framework™, MOC Visibility & Authority Framework™, and related intellectual property—remain the exclusive property of MOC Media.
Membership grants a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials during an active subscription.
Any and all Content that has been finished is the property of the client and can be used as such. MOC Media will never share your data, strategies, or information. MOC would request to be able to share samples for marketing and would only share upon concent of the client.
Service Availability
MOC Media continually improves the Workspace and may add, update, modify, or discontinue features as necessary to enhance the platform.
Reasonable maintenance periods or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
While MOC Media provides strategies, tools, and resources designed to strengthen digital authority and AI visibility, no guarantee is made regarding specific rankings, AI recommendations, lead volume, search placement, revenue, or business outcomes. Results vary based on implementation, market conditions, competition, and numerous factors outside MOC Media's control.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Subscription Terms and Conditions.
