To be filled out by the individual (student or parent/guardian) that will be physically present working the Concessions Stand.

Rules & Expectations:

• Workers shall report to Milton Frank Stadium by 5:30pm. Plan ahead and allow time to park and enter the Stadium

• Workers shall comply with all Health Department regulations (Rules will be posted at the stadium)

• Workers shall comply Health Department “Reporting to Work” requirements.

• Workers shall wear this year's 2027 Grissom Choir T-Shirt while working in the concessions.

• Hair nets or baseball caps are required for all workers handling food.
  Open toed shoes are not allowed.
  Clothing (shirts/jackets/caps) with offensive language or pictures are prohibited.

• No Personal Food allowed in the concession area.

• Workers shall assist with complete pre-game and post-game inventories.

• Workers shall clean concession area at the conclusion of each game/event.

• Workers shall conduct themselves according to rules provided by Concession Supervisor.

• Workers shall perform other duties as assigned by the Concessions Supervisor.

Workers who do not follow these rules will be asked to leave and/or will not receive fundraising credits towards their European Performance Tour
