HH26 Volunteer Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Happy Hollow Old-Time Music Gathering! Your participation is what makes this event possible!

By working a single 2 hour shift, you’ll receive a Weekend Pass. If you’d like to camp, volunteer for an additional 2 hour shift to earn your Camping Pass. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Once you fill out the form, we’ll reach out closer to the event with a link to sign up for your shifts and secure your tickets.

Volunteer Roles Include:

Site Prep, Set Up & Tear Down
Get the site ready for the party and clean up afterward! We'll be weedeating, spreading mulch, moving chairs and tables, and other hands-on work. These shifts will take place before and after the event.

Admissions
Welcome attendees, scan tickets, answer questions, and provide directions on where to go.

Camping & Parking
Show attendees where to park and set up their campsite, help folks get a lay of the land, and provide basic information about their stay.

Merch and Tent Duties
Make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable, chairs are in place, and assist with selling merch.

Thanks for signing up to volunteer. The contribution of your time makes this event possible! We would love your help for as many shifts as you'd like to work but you only need to work one shift for your ticket and a second shift if you want to earn a camping pass for yourself.
