In addition to filling out this registration form, you will need to send your Notice of Intent to Homeschool directly to your county. Be sure to choose Option B and write: Freedomcry Christian Homeschool Community, 5916 Shiloh Camp Rd, Hurlock, MD 21643.
You will also need to pay the $100 Family Fee directly to Thrive Church. You can do this by selecting the Give Today Button on the website: www.thrivechurchmd.org select Freedomcry from the Dropdown Menu.
