We would like to document our work for publicity and for our archives, and promote all the fine work that your children are doing. Please select yes/no if you give us permission to photograph your child during rehearsals and performances. By selecting yes, you grant BHCT permission to use photographic portraits, digital images or videos in which your child may be included in any BHCT publication, on its website, and as promotional material for the theatre to any media outlet.
Once rehearsal has concluded, students are free to meet you in the parking lot where they were dropped off or for you to meet them outside the rehearsal room. We don't have a formal sign-out procedure. If you would like to have your student signed out by a parent/guardian each day, please check yes below. (This will mean the guardian will need to sign the student out before the student leaves).
