Cancellation Policy Overview
- Grooming: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours are subject to the full grooming balance.
- Boarding: Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty 14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date. Changes within 14 days are subject to the full invoice balance.
- Daycare: Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full daycare fee.
- No-Call / No-Show: Clients who fail to arrive without providing prior notice will be charged a $50 no-call/no-show fee. Any payments made will be forfeited, the full invoice balance will remain due, and repeated no-call/no-show incidents may result in refusal of future services.
