MotivateHer 2026 will accommodate up to 20 vendors, subject to approval. Vendor approval is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is also based on vendor type; duplicate vendor categories may not be approved. Vendors are not permitted to sell physical products at this event; however, you are welcome to bring coupons or promotional materials showcasing your work and directing attendees to your storefront. **Please note that only female representatives are permitted to staff vendor tables at this Women's conference**

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email at the address provided and a phone call at the number provided to confirm your approval status. Upon approval, you will receive an invoice with a payment link. All invoices must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the event.
