Registration Agreement and Terms

By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all rules, policies, and regulations of Miss All Star International.

Registration constitutes a formal commitment to represent your assigned state or country title and attend the 2027 Miss All Star International Pageant.

Registration & Payment Policies
All registration fees, International Package Fees, appointed title fees, and any additional fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, you agree to pay all required fees by the deadlines established by Miss All Star International. Failure to make payments by the published deadlines may result in forfeiture of your title and participation. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or other preapproved electronic payment methods. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Policy
Registration is a commitment to compete at the Miss All Star International Pageant. If you choose to withdraw after registering, you are subject to a $250 withdrawal fee. Contestants who withdraw will not receive any items, gifts, apparel, or products included with their International Package. Any appointed state or regional crown and sash issued by Miss All Star International must be returned to the national office at the contestant's expense within 14 days of withdrawal. Failure to return crown and sash will result in an addiitonal $200 fee.

Event Changes
Miss All Star International reserves the right to modify competition details, schedules, locations, dates, judges, or event formats when necessary. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as possible. Miss All Star International is not responsible for sponsor gifts, prizes, scholarships, or awards that are modified, delayed, or canceled by third-party sponsors.

Contestant Conduct
Contestants, parents, guardians, family members, and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. We have ZERO tolerance policy for bullying and disrespectful conduct. Miss All Star International reserves the right to disqualify or dismiss any contestant or attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsportsmanlike, or harmful to the organization, staff, judges, volunteers, sponsors, contestants, or guests.

All judging decisions are final and must be respected.

Eligibility Requirements
Contestants must compete in the age division for which they qualify according to the published eligibility date. Miss All Star International reserves the right to request proof of age, including a birth certificate, passport, or government-issued identification. Contestants must be of good moral character. Contestants must meet all eligibility requirements published in the official contestant handbook.

International Titleholder Agreement
Contestants selected as International Titleholders agree to sign and fulfill the official Miss All Star International Titleholder Contract, including appearance obligations and titleholder responsibilities.

Photography & Media Release
Contestants and their parents or legal guardians grant Miss All Star International permission to photograph, videotape, livestream, and otherwise record participation during all pageant activities. Contestants grant Miss All Star International the unrestricted right to use their name, likeness, photographs, video, interviews, and recordings for promotional, educational, advertising, print, digital, website, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Contestants and their parents or legal guardians understand that participation in pageant activities involves travel and physical participation and voluntarily assume all associated risks. Contestants and their parents or legal guardians release, waive, and forever discharge Miss All Star International, its owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, venues, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, theft, or expenses arising from participation in any Miss All Star International event, except where prohibited by law.

At this time only the $250 Appointed Title Fee is due. This can be paid via the Miss All Star shop on our website site MissAllStar.com It must be paid within 24 hours of registration. You may also opt in to paying your full International Package Fee otherwise your next fee payment is due 30 days from registration. All remaining International Fees must be paid in full by March 1, 2027. If you wish to pay in full now please make a note below with your email.
